CAPT. SHINA AKINFENWA (Director/Logistics Consultant)
Capt. Akinfenwa is the CEO of Merchant Express Cargo Airlines Ltd. with headquarters in Murtala International Airport, Ikeja, Lagos Nigeria. Formally trained as a commercial pilot, Capt. Akinfenwa has flown several commercial and cargo aircraft (Fokker F28, Douglas DC10-30, C 150, C 172, Boeing 707, B737 to mention a few) in a career spanning over 30 years before setting up his own cargo airline in year 2000 - Merchant Express Cargo Airlines Ltd.
Merchant Express Cargo Airline is a member of a team of Cargo General Sales Agents (GSAs) and General Sales and Services Agents (GSSAs) of CargoLux International S.A. in Africa. It is global in nature and has versed experience in the Nigerian and African environment when it comes to logistics and cargo handling and delivery to customers.
Capt. Akinfenwa is a partner and consultant to WIQUI and Merchant Cargo Airline handles the logistics of freight, clearing and deliveries of WIQUI cargo to our doorsteps in Lagos.
Capt. Akinfenwa was a scholar of Queens School of Business, Executive Management Course at Queens University, Kingston, Ontario, Canada.
